Delete your data
You can delete the data Teraloo keeps on our server for you, using your transfer code.
What is deleted
- Your daily step totals and how they were applied to your journey
- Your travel progress: journeys, arrivals, city cards and settings
- Your anonymous account and transfer code
Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. The data still on your phone is not touched; delete the app to remove it.
If you don’t have your transfer code
- Without the transfer code, you can’t delete your data from this page. You can still delete it in the app: open Settings → Delete data.
- Your transfer code is shown in the app under Settings.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete the data on our server.
